Maurice 8fc788fb37 style(collections): the place footer is one row of things you do ...

Getting directions sat up by the address, in a pill of its own, while editing and
copying sat in the footer as square buttons. All three are things you do WITH the
place, so they belong together and should look like one set. Navigation moves
down beside them, and the footer takes the shape the navigation button already
had.
