Gate the enrichment domain at what it actually measures

place-enrichment landed on dev without an entry in the per-domain coverage
table, so it sat on the 80/80/80/80 catch-all while measuring 99.5 statements
and 99.0 branches. That is the exact hole the per-domain ratchet was
introduced to close: one well-covered domain quietly carrying nineteen points
of headroom nobody would notice losing.

The rest of that work needs nothing from this branch. It injects
DatabaseService rather than reaching for the db singleton, reads no
process.env, carries a Zod contract in @trek/shared with a colocated DTO, adds
no allow-list entry, and its controller declares @UseGuards(JwtAuthGuard) -
which is what keeps it authenticated under the default-deny guard this branch
introduces, since a declared chain makes the global guard stand down rather
than answer first.
