i18n: the English left in Costs, Studio and the mobile timeline

Three surfaces still had English written straight into JSX in a codebase that gates on key parity: the reworked expense modal, the Studio quickbar and rotation handles, and the leg-mode menu on the mobile day plan. Keyed, and translated into all 23 locales rather than pasted. Also reworded the plugin geolocation permission: it told the user their browser would ask, and it never does - TREK answers the plugin from the page's own location permission.
