docs(tiles): one spacing step for every plate, and fit the heights
The gaps were whatever each plate happened to pick: 16 here, 22 there, and a `margin-top: auto` that pushed a tile row flush against the card above it. They are one token now, used between the stacked blocks, between the tiles, and between a card and the numbers under it. Every plate is also as tall as its content instead of a guess, so nothing is clipped and no plate publishes a band of empty ground. The Places API hero drops the release pill and carries its API badge at the size the lockup is now, and one subtext in the comparison is a line shorter so it stops wrapping.
