31ffcf1228 fix(ferratas): sort route tile keys with localeCompare

309bef4db7 fix(ferratas): leaving 3D with via ferratas on no longer crashes, the removed map is not asked for its layers

6e59240328 test(tours): follow the reworked planner, ferrata and map stage in their suites; keep the map's waypoint list stable between renders

bdb082d490 test(ferratas): a way without geometry really has none, the tile cache's columns join the NOT NULL count

8957503dbe test(i18n): the tours locale count follows the ferrata and planner strings
