Update manifest.json with new file metadata and hashes

- Updated timestamps and hashes for backend/app/imports/router.py and backend/app/imports/service.py to reflect recent changes.
- Updated metadata for backend/tests/test_imports.py with new timestamps and hashes.
- Added new entries for .kilo/plugins/graphify.js and AGENTS.md, including their respective timestamps and hashes.
