The chart carried a fourth bar for the index on its own, which is a step in the reasoning rather than an option anybody can pick. Nominatim, what ships, and Google is the comparison a reader is actually making. The arrow sat in a column that included the metrics under the panels, so it centred below them. It sits on the panel row now.
