Maurice f2b6a14e9f refactor(places): share the Google and Naver list import between desktop and phone ...

useListImport holds the Google and Naver shared list import that
usePlacesSidebar and ImpListStep each carried. The desktop closes the
dialog and clears the link before the undo step, the phone calls onDone
after it, and the hook keeps both orders.
