Maurice 71196b3dad docs: fix the open-shapes spec path and drop two leftover dashes
The open-request-schemas header pointed at scripts/open-request-schemas.spec.ts,
which does not exist; the spec lives in src/. The bracket-notation comment in
the server ESLint config kept a dash that the earlier cleanup on this branch
missed.
