Maurice 724c88c201 style: format server and shared with prettier
A mechanical prettier --write over server/src, server/tests, server/scripts
and shared/src with the workspaces' .prettierrc; nothing but layout and
import order changes, and every file keeps the same set of imports. shared
is formatted throughout and its format baseline is empty. The server
baseline keeps the 35 files that Prettier would grow past their lint:size
limit (they need a split first, which is not a formatting change), and the
generated entity files stay as their generator writes them.

* Which trip each stop belongs to, and what that lets a book print (#1973).
*
* A journey is a collection of trips. Until now the route was one flat list, so
* a book could only ever print a single map of everything — and on a journey
* that went to Iceland in June and Portugal in September, "everything" means a
* line across the Atlantic that nobody travelled, usually the longest one on
* the page.
*
* The count per trip is the load-bearing part: a panel offers a map per trip
* and has to know which of them would come out empty, and it has to count what
* survives thinning rather than what went in.
