Maurice 724c88c201 style: format server and shared with prettier
A mechanical prettier --write over server/src, server/tests, server/scripts
and shared/src with the workspaces' .prettierrc; nothing but layout and
import order changes, and every file keeps the same set of imports. shared
is formatted throughout and its format baseline is empty. The server
baseline keeps the 35 files that Prettier would grow past their lint:size
limit (they need a split first, which is not a formatting change), and the
generated entity files stay as their generator writes them.

/**
* Public API v1 — the versioned read-only surface for third-party integrations.
*
* Imports rather than re-implements: token verification comes from TokensModule,
* trip access from TripMembershipModule and DatabaseService. This module owns the
* payload shaping and nothing else, so there is no second place where "who may read
* this trip" is decided.
*
* Deliberately a leaf. Pulling in a domain module for one table drags its whole
* graph along: AtlasModule needs AuthModule, which boots the storage registry,
* which reads app_settings on init. A read-only surface that cannot start without
* half the application is one that breaks for reasons it has nothing to do with.
*
* That constraint is why `GET /api/v1/stats` is not declared here: its figures are
* AtlasService's, so the route lives in `atlas/` instead and provides this guard
* class itself. No module edge either way — which is the point.
