Maurice d4673ca4dd docs(client): say why the dev photos_shared notification sends count as text ...

The panel fires a test photos_shared event with count: '5', which reads
like the string counts the plural work removed elsewhere. Notification
params are Record<string, string> from the server through the in-app
store, the real sender passes String(added), and resolveTemplate reads a
numeric string as the plural count, so the test event matches what
production sends.
