Maurice d322363e53 feat(tours): adding a point and picking a trip place as one quiet bar ...

The two ways to add a stop sat side by side as dashed boxes of different
widths, and the first changed its words while the map waited for a click,
which cut them off. They are now the two halves of one bar in the look of
the editor's other switches: equal width, the one in use raised, the label
the same in both states. While the map waits for a click the half is raised
with its icon in the accent, and its tooltip says to click the map.
