Maurice 4c69804c81 test(server): lower the raw SQL baseline to what the converted specs hold ...

The specs converted to the factories no longer carry raw prepare()
calls, or keep only ones marked with test-sql-allow, so their baseline
entries are dropped. Leaving them in place would let raw SQL grow back
into those files unnoticed.
