Maurice c2751d9c80 fix(journey): declare the three field flags on updateJourney ...

The allow-list learned them and the signature did not, so the only callers that
name them are the tests and only `typecheck:tests` saw it. `typecheck` covers
src alone, which is why this was green locally and red in CI.
