Maurice 39fa796503 ci(client): the split files leave the size baseline ...

useTripPlanner.ts (3095 lines, now 718) and RoadtripSidebar.tsx (2287, now
694) are back under the limit and drop out of the baseline, and
TripPlannerPage.tsx is held at its new 1081 lines.
