Maurice baba2de344 refactor(planner): hand the day plan its tours as one bundle from the page hook ...

Which places are tours, their planned times and where their stages run
travel together to the desktop and the phone day plan. useTripPlannerPage
now puts them together as dayPlanTours, and the page passes that bundle
instead of naming the three props at both places.
