Maurice 3e8ab22836 docs(maps): Amap beside the TREK index ...

The index and OpenStreetMap answer every search; the provider choice
only decides who fills the keyed slot next to them. Rows carry a source
mark, a place keeps its Amap id, and the journey map shares the shifted
projection.
