Maurice a234653b29 fix(collections): let the phone dock add a place inside a list ...

The centre "+" matched /collections exactly, so it only knew it was on the
collections screen while no list was selected. Picking one moves the route to
/collections/:id, the match failed, and the action fell through to the last
branch of useCreateAction, which creates a trip on the dashboard. That is the
state the screen is normally used in, so for most people the button never added
a place at all. It also explains the report that there is no way to add one: the
workaround, adding from "All saved" and assigning afterwards, is the only path
that happened to still work.

The handoff carries the id rather than dropping back to /collections. Otherwise
adding from inside a list would land on the union and the sheet would ask for the
list the user is already looking at.
