Maurice 847d98e8fd test(server): seed the reservations repository spec through the factories ...

The reservations repository suite now shapes its bookings, trips, stops,
stays, legs and day positions through the ORM factories, takes its day
ids from findRows and reads back the AirTrail and review columns a write
left with findRow.

Every legacy statement the typed reads are compared against stays raw
and marked as the oracle, the calendar, upcoming, share and public API
projections among them.
