Konstantinos Thermos 813b9886b3 fix(vacay): let a day stranded by a weekend-config change be cleared (#1912) ...

Clicking a logged day that a weekend-days change had turned into a weekend
day was swallowed by the client, while the entry kept counting against the
entitlement. The server already allows the removal (only conversions and new
inserts are refused on a blocked day), so mirror that: a blocked weekend cell
holding the acting person's entry stays clickable and clears it with the
entry's own fraction/kind. Logging a new weekend day stays blocked.

Fixes #1897
