Maurice 7427a47eea test(server): seed the collab service spec through the factories ...

Converts the raw prepare() fixtures and reads in the collab service spec to
the ORM factories and readers: reactions, note attachments and the stored
note, message and vote rows go through insertRow, findRow and countRows.
The database mock loses its raw canAccessTrip and isOwner, which nothing
reads any more, and the repository parity cases keep the legacy joins they
are held to behind allow markers.
