The repositories already lean on the query builder, the generated table types and sql-functions.ts, but the rules behind that were only implied. server/CLAUDE.md now states them: which builder call replaces each SQLite spelling, which helper covers time, strings and casts, where PRAGMA may live, how a new migration is treated, and that the generated types describe the SQLite storage model. It also says plainly that MySQL and MariaDB are out of scope. The repositories rely on INSERT ... ON CONFLICT and RETURNING, which MySQL lacks, so Postgres is the second engine the code is prepared for.
