Maurice 7b5c8c1fae test(places): teach the e2e tables the stop_type column ...

Three e2e suites build their own trimmed places table with a plain CREATE TABLE
rather than going through the schema and the migrations, so the column this
branch added never reached them. Every assignment, day and place case that
touched a place failed on "no such column: stop_type", thirteen in total, and
none of it showed because the checks do not run on a draft.
