Maurice 3b1d30b587 test(server): seed the places integration and trip members repository specs through the factories ...

Converts the raw prepare() fixtures and reads in the places integration
suite and the trip members repository spec to the ORM factories and
readers. Tags, categories and linked expenses are seeded through makeTag,
makeCategory and makeBudgetItem; the member rows the roster cases backdate
or point at an inviter are written through insertRow and updateRows. The
legacy UNION and join statements the roster reads are held to stay raw
behind allow markers.
