Maurice 486a2eeca3 feat(admin): addons tab in the cards of the other tabs, with a search and an on/off filter ...

The addons sit in a card per type now, the way every other admin tab sets
its cards, instead of three columns nested in one card. A head card shows
how many of each type are on and finds an addon by its name or description,
with a switch between all, the ones on and the ones off.
