A mechanical prettier --write over server/src, server/tests, server/scripts and shared/src with the workspaces' .prettierrc; nothing but layout and import order changes, and every file keeps the same set of imports. shared is formatted throughout and its format baseline is empty. The server baseline keeps the 35 files that Prettier would grow past their lint:size limit (they need a split first, which is not a formatting change), and the generated entity files stay as their generator writes them.

* The webhook endpoint, with both services stubbed.
*
* It is the only route in TREK a stranger on the internet can reach with a
* guessed URL, so what matters is what it does NOT do: it never says whether a
* token exists, never says whether a secret matched, and never acts on the
* payload. Every case below therefore asserts two things: the answer, which is
* always the same, and whether a run was scheduled, which is the only place the
* decision is visible at all.
*
* The signature is computed here from a fixed id and timestamp, exactly as the
* provider would. Timers are faked, because the endpoint now collects a burst
* before it runs: providers fire once per document, and twenty files dropped
* into a watched folder used to be twenty runs, nineteen of which the service
* answered `busy` and threw away.
