Maurice 223b056de2 fix(tours): name a round hike's distance bounds {from} and {to} ...

The three round hike strings passed formatted distances as {min} and
{max}, and {max} is a quantity param, so i18n parity read them as count
strings outside a plural group and failed. The bounds are now {from} and
{to} in every locale and in the card.
