Maurice 203eb6a216 test(server): seed the collections MCP and in-app notification specs through the factories ...

Converts the raw prepare() fixtures and reads in the collections MCP spec
and the in-app notification preference spec to the ORM factories and
readers. The collection, member and saved place helpers and the boolean
notification helper keep their signatures and simply resolve to the new
row's id, so each case reads as it did; the four copies of the boolean
notification INSERT collapse into one helper over makeNotification.
