Maurice 4344dbe923 test(client): check the planner's note save through its store action ...

The planner hook tests spy on the store's actions for the visit times,
and the note now goes through a store action as well. Asserting on that
action instead of on the raw note route keeps these tests about the hook
and keeps the file inside its lint:size entry, which the response stub
the route needed had pushed three lines past.
