Maurice 724c88c201 style: format server and shared with prettier
A mechanical prettier --write over server/src, server/tests, server/scripts
and shared/src with the workspaces' .prettierrc; nothing but layout and
import order changes, and every file keeps the same set of imports. shared
is formatted throughout and its format baseline is empty. The server
baseline keeps the 35 files that Prettier would grow past their lint:size
limit (they need a split first, which is not a formatting change), and the
generated entity files stay as their generator writes them.

Maurice d8052c49b4 test(server): read the db, demo and helper specs through the ORM
The demo seed parity case, the transaction yield probe and the test
UnitOfWork check read their row counts and rows back with raw
statements; they now use the ORM readers.

The statements these files are about stay raw and are marked: the
dirty read and write the transaction yield probe measures on the shared
handle, and the reset-admin.js case, whose database file has no ORM
bound to it.

Maurice 8c3fad5e82 fix(auth): reset-admin.js ends the account's sessions and matches its email in any case
Resetting a locked-out or compromised admin left every session on that
account valid, because the script did not move password_version on the
way every password change in the app does. It also looked the address
up case-sensitively and created a second account when the stored one
had capitals.

Maurice 98ad2450a2 feat(db): make the SQLite journal mode configurable (#1675)
WAL was hardcoded, and on network-backed storage — Azure App Service Linux,
SMB/NFS volumes on NAS and PaaS — SQLite documents it as unsafe, because the
coordination runs through the -shm file and mmap. Operators had no way out.

TREK_DB_JOURNAL_MODE and TREK_DB_SYNCHRONOUS now set both pragmas, defaulting
to today's behaviour. The mode lives in the file header, so all three
processes that open travel.db read the same configuration — the server,
reset-admin.js and migrate-encryption.ts, which used to hard-set WAL and would
have silently reverted a deliberate DELETE setup on the first key rotation.

An invalid value falls back and warns rather than refusing to start, and the
mode that actually took effect is read back and logged, so an operator can see
whether the setting landed.
