Maurice 3b4f17643c refactor(settings): share the appearance editor between desktop and phone 
The live preview, the debounced save with its flush on leave, the colour mode save and the widget toggles live in one useAppearanceEditor hook. The contrast helpers and widget groups move to appearanceModel.
