Maurice 78fa42a0e6 refactor(admin): share the backup panel logic between desktop and phone 
useBackupAdmin now loads the backups and the auto backup schedule and runs create, download, delete, restore and the schedule save. The phone keeps its form when the server answers without settings through the keepSettingsWhenMissing option.
