Maurice f6d51ba68e refactor(planner): share the day detail logic between desktop and phone 
The desktop day panel and the phone day sheet load the day's forecast with
useDayForecast, rename the day with useDayRename, and read the day's
bookings, the stay labels and the display temperature from dayDetailModel.
