Merge PR #488: KMZ/KML place import

Browse Source 
Resolves conflicts with Naver list import (PR #662) — kept both unified
list-import dialog and new KMZ/KML dialog. Dropped duplicate react-dom
import and unused CustomSelect import from PlacesSidebar.
