Subject: [PATCH] chore: git blame skips the prettier reformat of server and
 shared

.git-blame-ignore-revs lists the formatting commit, so GitHub's blame view
and a local git blame with blame.ignoreRevsFile set attribute each line to
the change that last meant something.
